Juno and Logan & Cove are two mattress brands sold by Canadian bed-in-a-box company GoodMorning.com. Although Juno targets buyers in search of quality sleep at an affordable price, Logan & Cove appeals to customers who want a more luxurious sleep experience.
Juno
The Juno mattress was launched in August of 2019 by the Canadian mattress-in-a-box company GoodMorning.com. Designed, sold, and manufactured exclusively in Canada, Juno is the logical next step in the progression of GoodMorning.com’s mission to make high-quality sleep more affordable throughout Canada. This value mattress comes with all the features GoodMorning.com is famous for, such as the 120-night trial, 15-year warranty, and outstanding Canadian customer care – and does so at a very affordable price.
Logan & Cove
Logan & Cove was launched in early 2018. Since then, it has grown to become one of the best-selling boxed hybrid mattress brands in Canada, even outpacing some brands that had helped define the segment. Its combination of premium materials with luxurious design details is still seen as an attractive alternative to similar retail store models, which sell for up to a few thousand dollars more.

Customers no longer need to take a day off work to accept a delivery. Boxed beds are now delivered with the same convenience as most Amazon orders. Some bed-in-a-box companies even offer same-day delivery to certain areas.
Delivery
Both Juno and Logan & Cove use FedEx to deliver their mattresses directly to customers’ doors while also allowing for free shipping throughout Canada. Customers can expect their new mattress to arrive within 3 to 10 business days following order confirmation.
Trial Period
Like many bed-in-a-box mattress brands, Juno and Logan & Cove both come with in-home sleep trials. With a 120-night sleep trial, Juno has a long sleep trial in comparison to similar value mattress brands. In contrast, Logan & Cove offers an industry-leading 365-night sleep trial.
Returns and Additional Fees
If a customer wishes to return their Juno or Logan & Cove mattress within the sleep trial period, both companies will arrange to pick up their respective mattress and issue a full refund. There are no additional return or stocking fees for either mattress.

Delivery Times & Opening the Box
The Juno and Logan & Cove mattresses arrived within the expected delivery times. Each product was well-protected within the box by heavy-duty plastic to keep the mattress in good condition during shipping.
Each mattress box was sealed with heavy-duty tape. Customers will need to use scissors or a knife to open either box. To prevent injuries as well as to avoid harming your new mattress, please remember to be extra careful when using sharp objects to remove the packaging.
Setting up the Mattress
Once opened, each compressed mattress is easy to remove from the box. We recommend a ‘tip-and-pull’ motion to slowly slide the mattress out from its cardboard container. Simply tip the box from a vertical position down to its side, and then pull the lightweight box away from the bundled mattress. It’s most efficient to do this process in the room where you intend to use the mattress.
Both mattresses are protected with multiple layers of heavy-duty plastic to compress it in a vacuum seal and keep it tightly rolled up for shipping.
Customers will need to unwrap the outer layer in order to unroll the mattress, which will still be in its compressed form. Some helpful advice at this stage is to place the rolled up mattress onto the designated bed frame. Next, like the end of a roll of tape, find and peel back the outer layer of plastic. You can use the momentum of unrolling the compressed mattress along the bed frame to help remove the rest of this layer, which could be up to a few meters long. After completing this process, the mattress will be lying unrolled before you.
Expansion Time
Next, cut the final layer of plastic. The vacuum seal now broken, the mattress will quickly begin to decompress. Remove this final layer of plastic as the mattresses expands to its full height. For Juno, full expansion took around 2 minutes while Logan & Cove took around 1 minute to expand.

Juno is a combination foam mattress that uses foams of different densities and features to deliver cooling comfort and support to sleepers. Logan & Cove is a hybrid mattress that uses a combination of foam and springs to offer comfort, support, and pressure-point relief.
Juno and Logan & Cove are available in only one firmness option. This ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach is quite common among mattress-in-a-box retailers.

Juno Mattress Layers
The Juno mattress contains two layers of foam. Like many combination foam mattresses available on the market today, these two layers work together to provide comfort and support.
- First layer: 2 inches of Full-Body Cooling Gel Foam. This top layer offers contoured comfort, as well as overall cooling and breathability. Foam density: 2.5 lbs/ft³.
- Second layer: 6 inches of Total Support Foam. This bottom layer allows Juno to provide support and firmness to sleepers. This layer improves overall edge support while reducing motion transfer. Foam density: 1.8 lbs/ft³.
Logan & Cove Mattress Layers
The Logan & Cove mattress is made with 4 robust layers, to meet the needs of different comfort preferences:
- First layer: 0.5 inch of quilted top cover. The top cover is made with CryoFusion™ cooling nanofibers, which provide a cool and supple feel. It also includes breathable hollow fibre fill and quilted gel-infused foam for added plushness.
- Second layer: 1 inch of cooling gel memory foam. This responsive material helps with cushioning and heat regulation around the sleeping surface. Foam density: 2.5 lbs/ft3.
- Third layer: 1.5 inches of Elastex® foam. This thicker foam layer serves as transitional support between the pocketed coils below and the cushioning layers above. It effortlessly contours to your body, providing exceptional comfort in any sleeping position. Foam density: 1.8 lbs/ft3.
- Fourth layer: 9-inch individually wrapped pocketed coils. The pocketed coils are made from multi-tempered steel and arranged in 5 zones to provide robust support and motion isolation across the entire sleep surface.

Juno Mattress Cover
Juno’s cover design is an homage to the iconic striped wool socks Canadians have worn for generations. The grey, white, and red pattern is made up of a soft blend of polyester and viscose. The Juno logo is stitched across the red stripe running across the mattress. Finally, there’s a zipper underneath the mattress that makes it possible for you to remove the cover if necessary for easier care and maintenance.
Logan & Cove Mattress Cover
Logan & Cove’s impressive quilting is full of intricate details, ones generally reserved for higher price segments. The design uses diamond tufting, accent stitching, and other elegant touches to make a mattress you can’t help but want to run your hands across.
To keep you cool and comfortable through the night, the white quilting is filled with breathable hollow fibre fill and gel-infused foam infused with CryoFusion™ cooling nanofibres. Altogether, this luxury styling is all but unheard of in the mattress-in-a-box category, especially at Logan & Cove’s price point.Juno vs Logan & Cove: Feel and Firmness
